#DESKDIARIES ✍️ So far, autumn at my desk is filled with cozy journaling sessions, witchy video games, new iPhone 18 Pro setups, and annotating the book I’m reading.

I wrote all about this on my blog —🔗 you know where.

What have you been up to at your desk so far this autumn??

DESK DIARIES • Setting up my new iPhone 18 Pro and updating my screens, wallpapers, and Focuses 📱 What kinds of focuses do you use??

DESK DIARIES • Slowing down by writing a ton of journal entries and memory-keeping spreads in my autumn bullet journal

DESK DIARIES • (Still) Reading The Unabridged Journals of Sylvia Plath and annotating my thoughts along the way. 📖✍️

35+ journals and 23+ years later, I’m so grateful I wrote it all down. ✍️ This is your sign to start or keep journaling. The ordinary days, the anxious thoughts, the highs and the lows—all of it. Start now. Keep going. 🫶🏻 You’ll be so happy you did someday.

Go reread your old journals!! Trust me.

Every season when I’m done with a notebook, I reread my old entries and reflect on the last few months. Then I pull out my seasonal journal from the previous year and see where I was a year ago. And the year before that. Sometimes I notice I’m still stuck in my ways. Sometimes there’s proof I’ve grown so much. Either way, I’m always so grateful I documented my life.

Notebooks are all B6+ @leuchtturm1917usa 💛

GIFTED • New notebooks! 👀 @leuchtturm1917usa sent me their new Jottbook Pur in both A5 and A6, and I was so excited to check them out. These lightweight little notebooks are perfect for on-the-go note-taking and come in so many cute colors. 🌈

I particularly love the A6 size, and how these both lay perfectly flat. And they fit in well with my usual Leuchtturm1917 B6+ (for comparison!)

After brainstorming some ways to add this notebook to my lineup or ecosystem, here’s what I got:

— Rough drafts for poems, stories, blog posts
— Yearly or seasonal list collections
— Leather journal inserts
— Bookish or study notes (the A6 can easily fit in the back of a book!)
— Month-to-month journaling
— Single project notebook
— Recipe/hobby journal
— Brain dump notebook
— Venting or therapy journal (won’t feel as guilty throwing out when done since it’s so small and affordable!)

What else could I use these notebooks for? 🤔 Any ideas?

Thank you L1917 for sending me these to try. 🫶🏻
