Love is in the air with this month’s GLOSSYBOX, and it’s such a pretty package! Just in time for Valentine’s Day, this box was curated with the perfect date night in mind. Although my press box came without the POREfessional Face Primer, I still made plenty of use with the other four items, and quickly discovered some new favorites.
First, the Good
Key favorites of the four are definitely Biorepublic’s Skincare Sheet Mask in Cucumber Breeze ($5) and GLAMGLOW’s Thirstycleanse Daily Hydrating Cleanser ($39). The Cucumber mask was so nourishing and calming and really plumped up my dry winter skin; it definitely felt like I was being pampered! As for GLAMGLOW, it didn’t disappoint. This mud-to-foam cleanser was so deep-cleaning and just smells and works so great. Thankfully I have a coupon for the full-size, which I am going to use pronto!
On the Fence
I wasn’t too crazy about the other two products. Teeez Cosmetics’ Oasis Gem Lipstick in “Heat Wave Ruby” (similar here) was pretty moisturizing, but I just wasn’t crazy about the shade or applicator, and Etre Belle Cosmetics’ Golden Skin Roll-On Caviar Eye Gel ($45) worked well for an eye gel, but I wasn’t sold on the price point. Maybe because I use another undereye cream that’s 100% natural and I’m just so in love with it? Hard for me to love anything else!
Win a Trip to Visit Your Loved One!
In addition to the February box, GLOSSYBOX is also bringing lovers and friends together through their exclusive sweepstakes. Applications have until February 10 to enter; all you need to do is tell GLOSSYBOX about your special someone through their online form, and then share a picture on Instagram with #GLOSSYLoveAffair! Then GLOSSYBOX will give away a special trip to one lucky winner to visit the person they love on Valentine’s Day.
Did anyone else get this month’s GLOSSYBOX? What did you think of the products?
I received this box complimentary for review from GLOSSYBOX.
